EpochFi Labs Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales, based in London. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website. Contact: liam@epochfilabs.com.

• When you book a call: your name, email address, and anything you type into the booking form. This is collected and stored by Google Calendar on our behalf.
• When you email or message us: your contact details and the content of your message.
• When you browse: anonymous, aggregated usage statistics via Plausible Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify individuals.

• To respond to your enquiry and to schedule, hold and follow up on calls.
• To scope, propose and deliver engagements you ask us to work on.
• To understand which parts of the site are useful, in aggregate.

We do not send marketing email and we do not sell or rent personal data.

Google Workspace (email and calendar) and Plausible Analytics process data for us under their own terms. We do not otherwise share personal data unless required by law, or with your agreement as part of an engagement.

Enquiries and calendar bookings are kept for as long as is reasonably needed to deal with them, and for up to six years afterwards where they form part of a client relationship, in line with UK record-keeping obligations.

Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, object to or restrict our processing, and complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. Email liam@epochfilabs.com and we will respond within one month.
